Return & Exchange-
-]Within 7 calendar days from the delivered date. If 7 days have gone, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
-Purchase of sale items/selected promotional discounts/ accessories / not in its original condition/ damaged or missing parts is not eligible for exchange and return.
-To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unaltered, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you
received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the hang tag.
Within 7 calendar days from the delivered date:
Pack your item(s) in the original parcel packaging and drop your parcel off at the cashier at one of our stores below:

*Service charge of RM16 (pick up and resend ) will be deducted from the refund of your total purchase amount and we will follow up with courier to ensure that parcel reached our side safely!
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Please note that we do not accept cash /credit card refund but exchange with product or store credit.
-If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
