-]Within 7 calendar days from the delivered date. If 7 days have gone, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

-Purchase of sale items/selected promotional discounts/ accessories / not in its original condition/ damaged or missing parts is not eligible for exchange and return.

-To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unaltered, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you 
received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the hang tag.

You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

-You may drop your parcel at your nearest pos laju station.
-All the return parcel postage fee is bear by the customer (included return postage) , and customer take the full responsibility till the parcel reaches us.

Pick up service from your doorstep
We can arrange courier person to collect it from your preferred address and resend the new size or colour to you with the service charge of RM16 only (pick up and resend) ,upon request from you .

*Service charge of RM16 (pick up and resend ) will be deducted from the refund of your total purchase amount and we will follow up with courier to ensure that parcel reached our side safely!

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Please note that we do not accept cash /credit card refund but exchange with product or store credit. 

 
-Refund will be processed in 3-5 business day(upon receiving the return items) if it was due to our internal mistake such as damages/wrong item and wrong size given.

-If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at joeylfashionconcept@gmail.com.
