Return & Exchange

-Within 7 calendar days from the delivered date. If 7 days have gone, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

-Purchase of sale items/selected promotional discounts/ accessories / not in its original condition/ damaged or missing parts is not eligible for exchange and return.

-To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unaltered, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you 

received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the hang tag.

-All the return parcel postage fee is bear by the customer (included return postage) , and customer take the full responsibility till the parcel reaches us.

Pick up service from your doorstep
 
We can arrange courier person to collect it from your preferred address and resend the new size or colour to you with the service charge of RM12 only (pick up and resend) , upon request from you .
 
 
 
 
 
-Refund will be processed in 3-5 business day(upon receiving the return items) if it was due to our internal mistake such as damages/wrong item and wrong size given.
 

-If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank.
