Return And Exchange Policy

-Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or
-To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unaltered, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you
received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the hang tag.
-To complete your return /exchange, we require a receipt, invoice or proof of purchase.
-A cash voucher code will be issued to you and you may exchange for an item of the same value or less.However if you
wish to exchange for a higher value item,you may top up the cost.
-The cash voucher will expire within 30 days from the issued date. The balance or additional price shall be borne by
you.There will be no refund if the item is cheaper.
*Joey'L will not be responsible for any lost parcel and the returns & exchange will not be processed if the items do not reach us.
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

You may exchange the item subject to stock availability of the item that you wish to exchange.
Shipping charges for return & exchange item will be borne by Joey'L. For exchange,please direct visit our [contact us] page ,fill up the form with address for Free exchange/return pick up arrangement from your doorstep.
*All return/exchange request will be processed within 3 business days.

Refunds ---
-All purchases are non-refundable with cash.
-Refund will be processed due to our internal mistake such as wrong item or size given.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be exchange & return, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchange & return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over RM300, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
