How do I return?
1.You may drop your parcel at your nearest pos laju station together with the return consignment note that we provided to you.
Please refer the picture below:
*Administration charge of Rm8 (per trip) will be deducted from the refund of your total purchase amount and we will follow up with courier to ensure that parcel reached our side safely!
2. Pick up service from your doorstep
Busy for work? No hassle! We can arrange courier person to collect it from your preferred address and resend the new size or colour to you with the service charge of RM16 only (pick up and resend) ,upon request from you .
*Service charge of RM16 (pick up and resend ) will be deducted from the refund of your total purchase amount and we will follow up with courier to ensure that parcel reached our side safely!

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
*Cash/ credit card refunds are not provided for returns.
E-credit refund will be issued to you within 3 days business day. However if you wish to exchange for a higher value item,you may top up the cost.
An online E-credit refund equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s) returned will be issued in your *Rewards* account.

Total refund amount RM91( after deduction of RM8 administration charge for return services ),you will receive a rewards points for 9,100

-Refund will be processed in 3-5 business day(upon receiving the return items) if it was due to our internal mistake such as damages/wrong item and wrong size given.
