Are the items meet the requirements for return?

 -Our policy lasts 7days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

-Purchase of sale items/selected promotional discounts/ accessories / not in its original condition/ damaged or missing parts is not eligible for exchange and return.

 
-To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unaltered, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you 
received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the hang tag.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
  • *Cash/ credit card refunds are not provided for returns. 
  • E-credit refund  will be issued to you within 3 days business day. However if you wish to exchange for a higher value item,you may top up the cost. 
    An online E-credit refund equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s) returned will be issued in your *Rewards* account.
